Ready or not, here I come!

Last weekend I played hide and go seek with Nate. He doesn't *quite* get the purpose of the game. We took turns who would do the hiding and who would the seeking. Whenever it was my turn to hide, I had to do it in another room (or preferably another floor) because Nate wouldn't keep his eyes closed for a count of 10. He would keep them closed until 4 or 5, then open them to see where I was going. He must have thought that I was a pretty good hider. When it was his turn to hide, he more often than not used my same exact hiding space! Sometimes I would count to 10, look down, and there he would be at my feet hiding under a counter or behind curtains. Hmmmm... I wonder where the little guy could have gone!
