My little brother is married!

Congratulations to PT and Mary, who got married on Saturday! The bride was beautiful, PT was beaming, and we all got a bit weepy to see how much they love one another. It was great seeing the whole family. Uncle Bill and Katya flew in from Malaysia and many of our Buffalo and NY cousins came as well. I am so happy for them and welcome Mary to the family! They are right now in St. Lucia on their honeymoon. Mary looked absolutely gorgeous, tho you will have to take my word for it because I was too busy running around after the kids to take any pictures. Perhaps Mindy or Tom could send some to me for posting??? Here are the only ones I took of the entire day. Speaking of my children, they were wonderful and had a tremendously fun time. Nate was an adorable ring bearer in his little tux, and Anna (although she refused to go to sleep because she just wanted to stay at the party) was such a little trooper. What a wonderful weekend!

A visit to the Enchanted Forest

Marc had to work all weekend on a proposal, so today I took Anna and Nate to the Enchanted Forest at some farm near Ellicott City, MD. They had a blast! Nate especially liked the three little pigs' houses. Here are some pics from our adventure. Guess the nursery rhyme for each. One of the best things about having kids is that you get to have so much fun reliving your childhood!

Happy birthday to the old guy!

Dear Grandpa,

We hope that you have a most wonderful birthday today! We love you and we miss you and we wish that we could celebrate and eat cake with you. In the meantime, remember.....

Nobody loves dear old Grandpa
Everybody is mean to dear old Grandpa
Except his Nate and Anna who love him very much!

xoxo,
Nate and Anna (& Sarah & Marc too!)

ps. Sorry for posting this too late. The only reason Anna is smiling in the photo is because she is jacked up on baby ibuprofen. She's got an ear ache and is having trouble breathing again.

My oh my, we are in trouble

Anna is starting to walk. She crawled for about a month and said enough of that, I am going to be upright from here on out! Yes, she is barely 9 months old. But she's on the same schedule as her brother who also was an early walker. I was missing my mom, tho, when Anna went back and forth between Marc and me. Mom was there when Nate did the same thing three years ago. Maybe we can hold Anna off until Grandma comes back to town!
